What's Going On At DiNolfo's Banquets

If you have drove by us lately you might ask, "What's going on at DiNolfo's Banquets?" We have some renovations that recently took place. The building was under construction adding courtyards with fireplaces, floor to ceiling windows, and much more. May 1st, 2015 DiNolfo's reopened as Tuscany Falls Banquets. The banquet office is open 7 days a week, no appointment necessary within our office

1. What changed at DiNolfo’s Banquets in Mokena?

DiNolfo’s Banquets in Mokena changed its name to Tuscany Falls Banquets & Events. This change was effective March 2, 2015 and complements the new atmosphere created by the renovation.

The majority of the work that took place was on the exterior of the building.
 A new drive up porte-cochere (canopy) entrance was constructed.
 New floor to ceiling windows were added to the front and the sides of the building.
 All new landscaping, signage, and lighting was added to the building’s overall appeal.
 A new stone façade with updated brick colors replaced our all white building.
 Three new courtyards were built around the building.
 The first courtyard has a new gazebo constructed out of solid granite, creating unique outside picture opportunities. This courtyard is accessible to all of our guests.
 The other two courtyards were added as extensions to our East and West rooms. These two courtyards are for the private use of the East and West room guests. Both areas have an outdoor fireplace, LED colored lighting, and new landscaping to create beautiful outdoor photo opportunities. Beverages and smoking is permitted in these private courtyards.
What changed on the interior of the building?

 Our lobby area remained unchanged.
 The East and West Rooms now have floor to ceiling windows.
 All of our bars were renovated with a new design. This included new stone countertops, tile, colored LED lighting, and decorative wine racks.
 There is also new upgraded flatware and stemware for the guest tables.


2. Does my room have a courtyard?

 The East and West rooms have doors within the dining room that access these courtyards. Only the guests of the East and West rooms have access to their respective courtyard. However, courtyard accessibility will be permitted according to weather and other safety issues.


3. When was the renovation of DiNolfos completed (interior & exterior)?

 The interior portion of this renovation was completed on April 30, 2015. We were prepared for scheduled events at that time. The exterior portion of this renovation was dependent on the weather and Mother Nature but was completed on time as scheduled even with not so favorable conditions.


4. Were you closed during the renovation?

We remained open with extended office hours: Monday through Friday from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 am – 6:00 pm. However, we did not schedule events from March 2, 2015 through April 30, 2015. We reopened as Tuscany Falls Banquets on May 1st. 


5. Did you change your phone number?

Our phone number remains the same. 708-479-1919


6. Will DiNolfo’s Banquets & Events still own & operate the Mokena location?

Yes


7. Why wasn’t I told about the renovation when I signed my contract?

Although our renovations required much planning, we could not inform our customers of the changes until certain village requirements were met and architectural plans were completed.


8. Did the menu change?

We added many new and exciting entrees to our existing menu, while keeping some of our favorites.


9. May I choose items from the new menu?

Absolutely! We are currently have our new menu on our website or click the button below

10. Can I switch to a different banquet room?

Unfortunately, per contract stipulations, you may not transfer your event to another room.


11. Will my price per person change on my contract?

No, your price per person will remain the same as stated on your contract. However, if you elect to change your entrée to a new menu item, the price may vary.


12. I already have an event booked. How will I be affected?

All of the original contract obligations will remain unchanged. We will perform everything we have promised to do. The same friendly faces you have come to know will still be here to help you plan your special day.
